However, it's important to note that the sleeves and gripping area on these bars are shorter than the traditional 7-foot weight bars. This means they have a reduced sleeve weight capacity due to their shorter length, making them not suitable for use with most Olympic weight benches, power cages, and squat racks. Our 5 ft standard weight bars are made for 1-inch diameter hole workout plates and are strictly for home use.
