Description
Troy Five-Foot Angled Arm Bar for Versatile Strength Training:
Troy (TOZ-60B) 5' Black Olympic Curl Bar extends the traditional angled-bar format for biceps curls, reverse curls, triceps extensions, upright rows, front squats, and walking lunges. Angled gripping areas support a more natural wrist position during arm exercises, while the longer shaft expands training options beyond those of a compact EZ-style bar. Medium diamond knurling provides textured hand contact through demanding repetitions, making the bar useful for home gyms, school weight rooms, training studios, and commercial strength facilities.
Olympic Sleeves Support Progressive Plate Loading:
The commercial-grade steel shaft combines a black oxide finish with compatible sleeves for loading Olympic weight plates as resistance needs change. Its five-foot format remains easier to maneuver than a full-length seven-foot bar while providing enough length for a broader range of upper- and lower-body exercises. This angled strength bar gives facilities and home lifters a versatile option for focused arm work, supplemental lifts, and compact free-weight training.
Key Product Features:

- Black Oxide Finish: Creates a low-glare training surface on the steel shaft.
