Curling EZ Bars can be used for a variety of exercises, not just bicep curls. The angled grips are designed to reduce strain on wrists and elbows to help prevent long term overuse injuries. The grips are designed to allow for both, a narrow or wide gripping option. This works well for both bicep and triceps exercises. When combined with weight collars, Olympic curl bars also make for a great, space-efficient bar for lunges and squats for youth and female workout enthusiasts.
