This Body-Solid (#OB47C) Chrome EZ Curl Bar offers a solid steel bar design, measures 47" in length, has a protective chrome finish, and weighs 18 lbs. It provides comfortable angled grips designed to take pressure off fully supinated hand positions used with straight bar curls.

The comfortable ergonomic position dictated by the angled grips allows users to work with more weight typically, plus it alleviates added strain and reduces the potential for injury. In addition, there are two sets of angled grips, inner or outer, for additional exercise variation.

Even with the 1,000 lb static test, Gtech Fitness® recommends this Body-Solid Olympic Curl Bar for home use or non-membership based light commercial settings averaging 4-6 hours of use per day due to the bolted sleeve design and the less expensive chrome finish when compared to full commercial-grade Olympic curl bars.
