Description
Dual-Height Trap Bar for Deadlifts, Shrugs, and Carries:
The Solid Bar Fitness Mega Hex Trap Bar places the lifter inside a closed frame to center resistance for deadlifts, shrugs, carries, and related lower-body exercises. Parallel handles create a neutral grip, while aggressive knurling supports control under demanding loads. Users can choose the raised position for a higher starting point or reverse the bar for lower handles. This flexibility accommodates different mobility levels, exercise goals, and pulling preferences.
Long Olympic Sleeves for Progressive Plate Loading:
The Solid Bar Fitness Mega Hex Bar provides extended loadable sleeves for compatible Olympic plates and bumpers. Solid-steel handles create a substantial gripping surface, and the published capacity supports serious strength development when the bar is properly loaded. This dual-handle trap bar fits home gyms, schools, studios, athletic programs, and commercial facilities that need two pulling heights, neutral hand placement, and more sleeve room than many compact hex bars.
