I had a cheap bar before buying this bar and I have to say wow the difference is amazing. The knurling is fantastic and provides for a great grip. 210 k tensile strength and where they weld the bar provides a snug tight fit for the plates. Awesome unique design! I highly recommend!
Incredible Bar, great value

I needed a stainless bar because it was going to be spending alot of time outside in Miami, where it rains pretty much every day of the summer. I wasn't interesting in paying the nearly $1,000 some manufacturers charge for stainless, so after some research I took a leap of faith on the GP super power bar; it was a great decision.
After ordering it I realized that GPI is the same company that makes the dumbbells at one of the gyms I go to, that I have always thought were hands down the best dumbbells I've ever used.
The super power bar lives up to that same standard. The thing is bulletproof, the bushings have perfect rotation without being too spinny, and with the 210,000 psi strength I'm assuming it will handle some serious drops if I ever get back in good enough shape to get that much weight over my head.
The knurling is perfect, finish is perfect - I would buy it again in a second.
The only problem is that it's so nice I don't even want to leave it outside like I originally intended.

I know its hard to drop 500 on an Olympic bar, but do it! Stainless steel bars are the best and with a 210k tensile strength. You can't go wrong. Great Bar!
