The extra-thick DuraFirm™ pad supports the upper arms during controlled barbell or EZ-curl movements, while the integrated saddle provides a resting position for the bar between sets. Its removable post installs in the accessory receiver on GFID71B, GFID31B, GDIB46L, and GFID100B benches, allowing one bench to support an additional exercise setup. Intended for home use, this compact arm curl attachment requires a compatible bench and cannot function as a standalone station.
