Its extra-thick DuraFirm™ pad helps stabilize the upper arms, while the built-in bar saddle keeps a compatible bar within easy reach between sets. This compact preacher curl bench attachment fits the GFID71B, GFID31B, GDIB46LB, and GFID100B benches, then removes when another bench setup is needed. The stable position encourages smooth repetitions and consistent setup throughout each workout. A compatible bench, curl bar, plates, and collars are not included.
