This commercial preacher curl offers a unique shortened arm pad design. This shortened arm pad allows the arm pad to support the back of the arms more effectively and allows the elbows to move more freely than larger arm pad designs where the elbows are in direct contact with the pad. This design allows for a more natural range of motion, reduces joint stress on the elbows, allows for a better bicep contraction, plus dramatically reduces stress on the arm pad upholstery. Elbow pressure on preacher curl arm pads is the number one reason for premature upholstery tears on preacher curl benches.

In addition to the commercial rated construction, the Inflight Preacher Bench uses an oversize bar racking holder.
