Description
Troy VTX Rotating Curl Attachment for Cable Arm Training:
Troy VTX (SBCB-23) Supra Curl Attachment uses independently rotating handles that let each wrist adjust as the grip moves through cable curls and other compatible arm exercises. Unlike a rigid curl bar, the separate handles can turn with each hand instead of locking both wrists into one fixed position. Solid-steel construction, a chrome finish, and a forged center swivel give the attachment a durable setup for repeated cable training in home and commercial strength areas.
Independent Grips Add Movement Variety to Cable Exercises:
This cable curl attachment gives lifters another option for curls, forearm work, and compatible pulling movements where rotating hand positions may feel more natural than a fixed bar. A single center connection keeps setup straightforward on compatible cable systems, while the separate grip sections move independently during each repetition. The compact design adds useful exercise variety without requiring another training station or a large accessory footprint.

Great Isolation Tool
The bar is heavy duty, so it feels like it will last. There's a little extra grease on the joints, so that required a little cleanup. The position of the grips coupled with the ability to rotate, allows for a perfect isolation of the lats when doing pull-downs. It works perfectly for me when I do drop sets from a universal grip weighted pull-up to a cable pulldown with this attachment. It's great; get one!
