This TAG Fitness Multi-Angle Bench supports flat and incline free-weight exercises through independently adjustable back and seat sections. Its frame uses substantial 8- and 10-gauge square steel tubing, creating a stable platform for dumbbell presses, rows, shoulder work, and rack-based barbell training. A 12-inch-wide back pad provides commercial support, while the separate seat adjustment helps users establish a secure position as the back angle increases.
Integrated Wheels and Upright Storage
Transport wheels and a front handle make the 85 lb bench easier to reposition between stations. When training is finished, the frame can stand upright to reduce the amount of floor space it occupies. The current black frame and upholstery coordinate with modern strength areas in home gyms, schools, studios, athletic rooms, and commercial facilities.
