Leg Extensions, Leg Curls, and a Locking Hold-Down:
The Body-Solid (GLDA3) Leg Developer Attachment adds seated leg extensions and lying leg curls to compatible GFID71B and GFID100B benches. Its pivot can also lock to create a padded leg hold-down for lat pulldowns and abdominal crunches performed with the appropriate bench accessories. This plate-loaded leg developer uses a standard 1-inch weight post; Olympic plates require the optional Body-Solid OAS14 Adapter. The bench, plates, and adapter are not included. It is not a standalone station, so buyers should confirm bench compatibility before ordering it for an existing training setup.
