Description
Body-Solid Black Olympic Sets with Two Bar Finishes:
The Body-Solid Black Cast Iron Olympic Set combines traditional solid plates with a seven-foot Olympic bar and spring collars. Machine-bored centers support consistent loading, while raised markings identify each plate during weight changes. A black satin enamel finish gives the cast iron a coordinated appearance for home strength rooms. Buyers can select a black or chrome bar to match their preferred equipment finish. The simple plate profile supports familiar handling during regular workouts.
Three Weight Choices for Progressive Home Training:
Package choices support different starting points for squats, presses, deadlifts, rows, curls, and other barbell exercises. The included bar uses center knurling and a standard Olympic grip, while the collars help hold the selected load in place. This cast iron Olympic set supplies the main pieces needed to establish a residential lifting area without purchasing plates, a bar, and collars separately. Available package sizes also leave room for continued strength development over time.
