Multi-Hex Bar with Dual Pulling Heights
The York Multi-Hex Deadlift Bar surrounds the lifter with the load to support deadlifts, shrugs, carries, and other ground-based strength exercises. High and low knurled handles provide two starting positions: the raised grips shorten the initial pull. The lower grips allow a deeper range of motion. The open frame also gives users ample room to step into position without climbing over a closed hex-bar design.
Rock-and-Rack Design Simplifies Plate Changes
York’s integrated Rock-and-Rack supports let the frame tip onto raised contact points, lifting the sleeves from the floor so plates can be changed without a separate bar jack. Olympic sleeves accept plates with 2-inch center holes, and the centered loading position keeps resistance around the user. This dual-handle trap bar suits home gyms, school programs, athletic training centers, and commercial strength facilities with varied training needs.
