Description
York FTS Ab Board for Adjustable Decline Core Work:
The York Barbell (48001) FTS Adjustable Sit-Up Board provides a dedicated surface for sit-ups, crunches, twists, and other decline core exercises. Multiple incline settings allow users to vary exercise difficulty as strength improves, while the full-length pad supports the torso throughout each repetition. Its straightforward adjustment and open frame make the bench approachable for home users, school fitness rooms, apartment facilities, and small personal-training studios.
Supportive Padding and Secure Lower-Leg Positioning:
Thick foam rollers give users a comfortable contact point for securing the lower legs before beginning a set. The padded board and stable steel base help maintain a consistent exercise position through repeated sessions. Finished with a white frame and black upholstery, this York Sit-Up Board adds focused core training without the size, cables, or weight stack of a larger selectorized abdominal machine in smaller rooms.
