Description
Rubber-Coated Plates for Complete Home Barbell Training:
The Troy VTX Rubber-Coated Olympic Weight Set variation combines grip-style plates with a full-length bar and spring collars for squats, presses, deadlifts, rows, and other foundational lifts. Rubber-coated cast-iron plates help reduce noise during handling and provide a more finished option for residential strength areas. Integrated grips support safer plate changes and selected off-bar exercises. Multiple set sizes let buyers choose an initial weight range that matches current strength and future training plans.
Set Options with an Included 600-Pound Bar:
Each package provides coordinated equipment for lifters building a home free-weight area without selecting every component separately. The included Olympic bar has a 600-pound capacity, making the set a practical match for general strength and progressive resistance programs. Buyers comparing Olympic weight sets should choose among the available totals based on planned exercises and room for plate storage. The grip plates also simplify moving weights between the bar and rack.
