These Powerblock dumbbells feature durable steel plate construction with an innovative pin-select system that allows you to change weights quickly and efficiently to keep your workouts on the move. Using the selector pin changes the weights in 10 lb increments, while two 2.5 lb chrome insert weights found in the handles allows for adjustments in 2.5 lb increments. Incremental Weight Changes:

• 2.5 lb and 5 lb increments are achieved by adding or removing two 2.5 lb weights found inside the dumbbell handle.
• 10 lb increment changes are achieved by using the magnetic selector pin on the side of the dumbbells.
