Plus, the angled grips provide variations for both bicep and tricep muscle training.

We offer Olympic EZ curl bars and standard EZ curl bars. Olympic EZ bars have 2-inch diameter sleeves to work with 2-inch diameter hole Olympic weight plates. Standard curl bars use 1-inch diameter sleeves for 1-inch diameter hole standard weight plates.
