The Body-Solid (SFI20B) Flat to Incline Bench moves through seven back-pad angles from flat to 85 degrees, while the seat adjusts to three positions. This commercial adjustable weight bench supports flat presses, incline presses, shoulder presses, rows, curls, and other dumbbell or rack-based exercises. The seat settings help users maintain position as the back angle rises; a decline setting is not included. That support becomes especially useful during steeper incline movements.
Heavy-Gauge Frame with Practical Mobility
This Body-Solid Adjustable Bench uses 2-inch by 3-inch, 11-gauge steel and carries a published 1,000 lb weight capacity. Its back pad is 12 inches wide and 3 inches thick, with a compact gap between the back and seat pads. A built-in handle and transport wheels make it easier to move the bench between racks, dumbbell stations, and open training areas after each exercise. That mobility helps keep shared rack and dumbbell areas organized.
