This commercial adjustable weight bench supports flat presses, incline presses, shoulder presses, rows, curls, and other dumbbell or rack-based exercises. The seat settings help users maintain position as the back angle rises; a decline setting is not included. That support becomes especially useful during steeper incline movements.

This Body-Solid Adjustable Bench uses 2-inch by 3-inch, 11-gauge steel and carries a published 1,000 lb weight capacity. Its back pad is 12 inches wide and 3 inches thick, with a compact gap between the back and seat pads.
