The Body-Solid (S2ABBX) Series II Ab/Back Machine combines abdominal crunches and back extensions within one selectorized station. Reversing the exercise direction allows users to train the front and rear of the trunk without moving to a second machine. The supported seated position guides the exercise path, making the unit practical for general strength circuits, supervised training, rehabilitation-focused programs, and independent commercial gym workouts.
