The plate carriage drive system rides on a smooth nylon bushing system and uses your existing weight plates to cut cost of expensive weight stacks found on commercial rated machines.

The optional chin handles make excellent use of the space between the uprights. This home cable crossover also comes standard with two single cable handles and one ankle strap for added exercise variation.

This plate loaded cable crossover uses a total of four pulleys, two high pulleys and two low pulleys, to ensure you will have plenty of workout options to choose from.
