Description
York STS Power Cage for Commercial Barbell Strength Training:
The York Barbell (STS) Commercial Power Cage creates a defined lifting station for squats, presses, rack pulls, and other barbell exercises. Its enclosed frame includes adjustable bar holders and locking spotting rods, allowing lifters to select starting and safety positions appropriate to the movement. The wide interior accommodates a variety of stances and bench-based exercises. This practical commercial cage helps strength facilities organize barbell training within a dedicated space used by multiple athletes throughout the day.
Adjustable Spotting Supports and Overhead Pulling:
This full-commercial squat and pressing cage combines interior spotting support with an overhead pronated-grip chin-up bar for additional pulling movements. Adjustable components help coaches tailor bar height and support placement to different lifters. Plastic wear guards at the bar contacts protect frequently used surfaces, while rubber foot guards protect the floor below. The layout supports varied exercise programming without requiring separate stations for every squat, press, or pull-up session.
Integrated Plate Storage Keeps Training Areas Organized:
The York STS Commercial Strength Cage includes Olympic plate storage pegs beside the lifting area, helping keep working plates off the floor and near the bar. Its sturdy steel frame and powder-coated finish are designed for repeated use in institutional and membership facilities. Available frame-color choices let buyers coordinate the cage with other equipment in their space. Schools, athletic centers, government gyms, and dedicated home training rooms can all use this station for organized strength work.
