The York Barbell (48057) FTS Press Squat Stands create an open barbell station for bench presses, squats, overhead presses, and related strength exercises. Telescoping uprights provide separate working ranges for bench and squat setups, with two-inch spacing for repeatable and practical bar placement. Unlike independent stands, the connected U-shaped base keeps both sides aligned as one unit while preserving convenient walk-in access around the loaded bar.
Space-Conscious Bar Support for Home and Light-Commercial Rooms
The York FTS Press and Squat Station uses a steel frame and ABS guards at common bar-contact points. Optional plate pegs can add storage near the base, although the bench, bar, plates, and pegs are not included. These press and squat stands fit home gyms, schools, apartment fitness rooms, and studios that want more open movement access than a full cage provides during regular training.
