Description
Troy USA Sports Chrome Bar for Home Strength Work:
The Troy USA Sports (GOB-86) 7' Chrome Olympic Bar provides a straightforward foundation for squats, presses, deadlifts, rows, and other home barbell exercises. Stress-proof steel forms the shaft, while a chrome finish protects the working surfaces and creates a traditional appearance. Center knurling helps stabilize back-squat placement, and long sleeves provide room for compatible Olympic plates and collars. This seven-foot Olympic barbell is best for residential lifters whose planned loading remains within its published capacity and who want one bar for general strength training. Its familiar layout also simplifies everyday home programming.
