• Stage 2 Kit (70 lbs): Expands existing 5–50 lb set to 70 lbs

Incremental Weight Changes

• 2.5 lb and 5 lb increments achieved by adding or removing two 2.5 lb weights inside the dumbbell handle.
• 10 lb increment changes achieved using the magnetic selector pin on the dumbbell side rail.
