Pro-Style Lat Bars, or D Handle Lat Pulldown Bars, feature a "D-Shape" handle at the ends. These cable machine attachments cause the user to rotate their grip and slightly shift the dynamic of the exercise. Plus, these bars are a great alternative to traditional close grip seated row handles.
