The Body-Solid (NB59) Nylon Cable Handle combines a heavy-duty strap, textured rubber grip, and multiple steel D-rings for flexible cable-machine setup. Moving the carabiner between rings changes the effective handle length, helping users position the grip for rows, presses, flys, curls, raises, and pulldowns. The flexible strap can move naturally around the hand and wrist, while the lightweight design stores easily between exercises. It also accommodates users with different arm lengths. This nylon cable handle works individually or as a matching pair when two handles are ordered for bilateral training.
