Description
Full-Length Chrome Bar for Home Strength Training:
The Body-Solid (OB86C) 7' Chrome Olympic Bar gives home lifters a familiar full-length platform for bench presses, squats, rows, lunges, and general barbell exercises. Precision knurling supports steady hand placement. The center knurl adds contact during back squats. A smooth chrome finish covers the shaft and loading sleeves, helping protect the steel from routine wear in garage, basement, and spare-room gyms with basic free-weight training equipment.
Olympic Plate Compatibility and Rack Fit:
Long 2-inch sleeves provide useful loading space for compatible plates. The standard full-length format fits most Olympic-width benches and racks. A shoulder-bolt sleeve assembly supports straightforward residential use without the cost of a specialized competition bar. This seven-foot Olympic bar is a practical choice for beginner and intermediate programs that need one bar for several foundational lifts and predictable plate changes from session to session.
