Description
Body-Solid Arm Blaster for Stricter Curl Positioning:
Body-Solid (BB23) Tools Biceps Bomber supports the elbows during standing curls to help reduce shoulder movement and body swing. Its contoured metal platform rests across the upper torso so users can focus more closely on controlled elbow flexion, while dense elbow pads cushion the contact points. An oversized neoprene neck pad improves comfort, and the adjustable webbed nylon strap helps users establish a secure fit before beginning each set.
Padded Support Also Helps Isolate Triceps Movements:
The same support position can be used during compatible high-pulley triceps pressdowns to help keep the elbows from drifting as resistance changes. This arm curl support provides a compact option for lifters who want more deliberate biceps and triceps technique without adding a dedicated machine to a home gym. The heavy-duty nylon strap and padded contact areas keep the setup straightforward for repeated arm-training sessions.
