York Functional Cable Crossover:

The York STS Functional Cable Crossover features uniquely angled weight stacks that help provide a more compact footprint than most cable crossover machines. It performs like a hybrid between a functional trainer machine and a traditional cable crossover. In addition, you can turn it into a commercial multi-station gym by adding optional York STS Stations, such as the triceps press station, seated row station, and lat pulldown station. You can choose up to six added stations in total. Each end of this York Cable Crossover can handle three stations in any combination.

This York Functional Trainer features 11-gauge steel construction with a powder coat finish available in white or silver. The weight stacks are 200 lbs each, and the adjustable pulleys allow users to create a wide array of exercises, especially when combined with a quality adjustable weight bench.
