In addition, you can turn this unit into a commercial multi-station gym by adding optional York (STS) Stations, such as the triceps press station, seated row station, and lat pulldown station. You can choose up to six added stations in total. Each end of the York Barbell Functional Cable Crossover can handle three stations in any combination.

This York Functional Cable Crossover features 11-gauge steel construction with a powder coat finish available in white or silver. The weight stacks are 200 lbs each, and the adjustable pulleys allow users to create a wide array of exercises, especially when combined with a quality adjustable weight bench.
