Description
York STS Seated Row for Supported Mid- and Upper-Back Training:
The York Barbell (STS) Seated Row Machine creates a dedicated selectorized station for horizontal pulling and focused mid- to upper-back development. A step-through design simplifies entry, while the large diamond-plate footplate provides a stable base for controlled rowing. The supported position helps users concentrate on the pulling movement rather than balancing the torso, making the machine a strong fit for commercial gyms, schools, athletic facilities, military fitness rooms, studios, and other shared strength environments.
Commercial Cable Components Support Smooth, Repeatable Rows:
This commercial seated row machine uses aircraft-quality cable and heavy-duty steel construction for frequent facility use. The chest-supported layout encourages deliberate shoulder-blade retraction, while the large footplate helps lifters maintain a consistent pulling path. A rubber-covered attachment rest keeps the handle accessible between sets and helps protect surrounding finishes during repeated use in busy selectorized strength areas, supporting reliable back training.
Selectable Stack and Frame Options Fit Different Facility Needs:
This York STS Low Seated Row is available with the established stack and frame choices offered through Gtech Fitness, allowing facilities to match resistance capacity and equipment appearance to the rest of the room. The straightforward seated setup reduces adjustment steps between users, while the supported horizontal pull complements pulldown, press, and other selectorized stations. It gives strength rooms a dedicated rowing movement without requiring a separate bench, cable column, or free-weight setup.
