The York Barbell (#48051) FTS Lat Pulldown Machine offers 12 gauge steel construction and high and low pulleys for cable exercise variation. It also provides an optional 200 lb weight stack upgrade to give you traditional gym lat machine performance.

The fiberglass-reinforced pulleys use sealed, self-lubricating bearings to keep this York Lat Pulldown Machine maintenance-free, aside from periodic cleaning.

This York Barbell FTS Lat Machine uses a cost-effective plate-loaded resistance system. The plate-loaded system allows the user to use existing weightlifting plates for resistance versus buying expensive weight stacks. However, suppose you prefer the traditional weight stack feel. In that case, this lat pull machine gives you the ability to add a 200 lb weight stack as an added option.
