Description
TKO AirRaid Rower for Commercial Conditioning Programs:
The TKO (8AR) AirRaid Rowing Machine supports full-body conditioning through responsive air resistance, making it suitable for steady cardio, sprint intervals, and coached training sessions. Each rowing stroke engages the legs, torso, and upper body in one coordinated movement. A chain-drive system delivers the pulling action, while the seat glides along an aluminum support for a smooth rowing path. This familiar design helps users concentrate on pacing, technique, and effort throughout the workout.
Adjustable Airflow and Performance Feedback:
This adjustable air resistance rowing machine includes a multi-setting damper that changes airflow for different workout preferences. Its console displays useful training data, including time, stroke rate, distance, calories, and watts, so users can follow intervals or compare pacing across sessions. Heart-rate information can be viewed with a compatible monitor. FTMS Bluetooth supports communication with compatible fitness devices and apps without requiring users to abandon the machine’s straightforward rowing controls.
A Practical Cardio Station for Group Workouts:
The TKO AirRaid Commercial Rower also fits busy strength and cardio rooms where equipment may need to move between stations. Integrated transport wheels make repositioning easier for staff, and an adjustable console position helps users read workout information as they row. Coaches can assign both steady endurance work and short intervals within the same training area. Schools, military fitness rooms, recreation facilities, and commercial gyms can use the rower to broaden their conditioning options.
