Description
TKO Achieve Dual Bicep/Tricep Machine for Supported Arm Training:
The TKO (8803-BK) Bicep/Tricep Machine combines bicep curls and tricep extensions in one seated selectorized station. Adjustable seating, multiple grip choices, and a pre-stretch setup help users establish an effective arm position before beginning each movement. The compact light-commercial design fits home gyms, hotels, apartment communities, corporate wellness rooms, studios, schools, and recreation facilities that want direct upper-arm training without managing separate curl and extension machines.
Seat and Grip Adjustments Help Improve Exercise Alignment:
This light commercial arm machine lets users adjust seat height and hand position to better align the elbows and shoulders with the movement path for curls or extensions. The pre-stretch adjustment helps establish the desired starting position, while selectorized resistance makes load changes quick between sets. A fully shrouded weight stack and instructional placard support straightforward use in shared fitness rooms with varied users.
Compact Light-Commercial Construction Supports Frequent Arm Work:
This TKO Achieve Dual Arm Machine uses electro-welded steel construction, high-use upholstery, reinforced pulleys, commercial cable, and a protected selectorized resistance system for repeated indoor training. Available resistance options give facilities flexibility to serve general-fitness users or stronger lifters while retaining the same compact setup. Combining two opposing arm exercises in one station helps light-commercial strength areas expand training variety while preserving valuable floor space.
