This TKO Ab/Low Back Machine has a 170 lb weight stack ideal for general fitness needs. The drive system consists of self-lubricating, fiberglass reinforced pulleys and 2,000 lb tensile strength cable to endure harsh workout settings. A protective weight stack shroud provides added safety from moving components, such as the weight stack, cables, and pulleys. An instructional placard provides initial information about the exercises and targeted muscles, which can be beneficial, especially in unsupervised settings.
