Powerblock Dumbbells use a fast, easy weight selection system. The weight plates are stacked upon one another, fitting concisely within one another and with the handle fitting in last.

Within the handle itself are two compartments to house the two 2.5 lb. chrome weights for each handle, giving you four 2.5 lb. weights total. The chrome insert weights give you the ability to change the weight in 2.5 lb. increments or 5 lb. increments.
