The Body-Solid (#FID46) Adjustable Weight Bench is one of our most robust light commercial weight benches. It offers a 1,000 lb weight capacity, made with 3" diameter heavy gauge steel.

The steel frame has a quality powder coat finish that helps resist scratching and scuffs that can lead to harmful corrosion. The pads are 2 3/4 inches thick to help provide added comfort during the heaviest of lifts.

The back pad adjusts into nine different positions of added exercise variation and comes with a removable leg extension/leg curl attachment. Transport wheels enable easy mobility across your weight room floor.
