The DuraFirm™ upholstered padding provides excellent protection against moisture and sweat, plus it is easy to wipe down and keep clean. This Body-Solid Adjustable FID Bench offers flat, incline, and decline positions to help maximize your workouts.

This Body-Solid Adjustable Workout Bench uses an easy-to-use 'hook & ladder' adjustment system that is much stronger than less expensive pop-pin adjustment systems, drastically increasing its weight capacity. Plus, transport wheels provide more effortless mobility when needed.

Due to the light commercial-grade construction, we recommend this Body-Solid Adjustable Bench for non-membership fitness facilities, including schools, personal training studios, hotels, apartment fitness rooms, and much more.
