The York Incline Olympic Bench Press offers heavy 11 gauge steel construction, commercial-grade upholstery, spotter platform, and optional weight plate storage attachment. The seat height is adjustable, plus the chrome-plated "gun rack" style bar catches offer three different positions to help accommodate various user sizes. The bar catches help eliminate bar contact with the mainframe, which helps prevent scratching and nicks that lead to harmful corrosion.

Incline Olympic benches are not crucial for any home or commercial gym setting. Still, they are great additions to gyms looking to expand their workout options to create added exercise variation. Due to the angled position, incline bench presses target a more significant percentage of the pectoral muscle mass.
