It features a robust 11 gauge steel frame and is adjustable from 0 to 90 degrees. This commercial workout bench locks into York Modular Training Racks, giving you a fore and aft adjustment to adapt to various user sizes once locked into position.

This adjustable workout bench also features diamond plate spotter platforms, transport wheels, and handles. It comes in your choice of white frame, model 54004, or silver frame, model 55004. Both models come with black, commercial-grade upholstery.
