The York Barbell (#36167) Tricep Hammer Rope Attachment features quality moisture-resistant construction to enhance durability in harsh workout settings. It offers an added variation for intensifying triceps work by not allowing the dominant arm to take most of the workload.
Single grip tricep ropes are designed primarily for triceps press exercises from high cable weight machines. However, they are also ideal from low cable settings for triceps kickbacks and bicep hammer curl exercises, plus mid-pulley settings for rear deltoid exercises.
