USA Sports (#GP-R) Rubber Olympic Plates are from Troy Barbell Company's most economical line of free weights, the USA Sports line. They offer a durable design that is rubber coated to help protect against rust and corrosion. Three grip holes per plate allow for more comfortable and safer plate handling. The 2.5 lb and 5 lb plates do not have grips.

We offer these USA Sports Weight Plates in various set sizes to help outfit different applications, needs, and budgets. The 255 lb, 355 lb, and 455 lb sizes are ideal for home gym use. The more massive weight plate sets, such as 690 lb, 1380 lb, and 2760 lb sizes, are for light commercial facilities. We also offer these workout plates sold by the pair so that you can customize an Olympic plate set to your exact needs.

The 2-inch diameter hole works with 2-inch diameter sleeve Olympic weight bars and is lined with a steel insert to maximize durability. The insert also allows for more effortless loading and unloading of the plates from your weightlifting bar.

USA Sports Rubber Grip Plates are primarily for residential use. However, they can handle non-membership fitness facilities, such as high school weight rooms, personal training studios, fire and police department exercise rooms, and more.
