The interlocking design allows users to safely load more plates onto plate-loaded workout machines and weight bars to maximize workouts when using like-sized plates. This unique feature also creates a space between the plate grip and the floor, making them easier to lift from the floor.

These Troy Grip Plates are machined to maintain a 2% accuracy level, plus or minus. They also use a higher-grade gray enamel paint finish that is more durable than economy gray Olympic weight plates.
