Description
TKO Leverage Strength Station for Four Essential Lifts:
The TKO (718LD) Lunge Deadlift Shrug Machine combines deadlifts, lunges, squats, and shrugs within one compact leverage machine. Independent arms allow each side to move separately, supporting balanced strength development and unilateral variations. Rotating handles and adjustable arm height help users establish practical grip positions for lower-body and trap-focused exercises without moving to separate barbells, racks, or dedicated machines. This keeps weight selection and equipment return straightforward throughout the training day.
Adjustable Handles and Lunge Support Pad:
The TKO Lunge Deadlift Shrug Machine uses height-adjustable arms, rotating grips, and a roller pad that changes position for supported lunges. These adjustments help accommodate different user heights and exercise selections before plates are loaded. Two rear storage horns keep Olympic plates close to the machine, while independent lever arms provide a guided path for bilateral or side-specific training throughout the available movement choices. Users can complete setup changes without leaving the primary exercise position.
Versatile Commercial Strength Training with Plates:
This plate-loaded deadlift machine uses a heavy-gauge frame, matte-black finish, and commercial contact surfaces for repeated use. Its low-profile design fits schools, studios, recreation centers, military gyms, and commercial facilities seeking several foundational lifts within one footprint. Facilities can use their existing Olympic plate inventory across this station and other plate-loaded equipment. Its organized footprint supports routine inspection, cleaning, and facility floor planning.
