The foundation begins with a robust 11-gauge steel mainframe protected with a high-quality electrostatic powder coat paint finish to resist scratches and scuffs. The sealed, self-lubricating pulleys help reduce friction for smooth performance and keep overall maintenance to a minimum.

The Body-Solid Series II Cable Column has an adjustable height pulley with 36 available starting positions. This wide range of starting positions enables users to perform gym-quality cable machine exercises limited only by the imagination. Plus, this unit comes with your choice of three available weight stacks options, 160 lbs, 210 lbs, and 310 lbs. Keep in mind that cable exercise machines run on 2:1 resistance to weight ratios, so a 160 lb weight stack will produce 80 lbs of resistance, and so on.
