This Body-Solid Plate-Loaded Dual Cable Machine is an affordable unit featuring quality steel construction protected by a durable powder coat finish. The plate carriage drive system rides on a smooth nylon bushing system. It uses your existing weightlifting plates to cut the cost of expensive weight stacks found on commercial weight machines.

The optional chin handles make excellent use of the space between the uprights. This home cable cross machine also comes standard with two single cable cross handles for added exercise variation. It uses four pulleys, two high pulleys, and two low pulleys to ensure you have plenty of cable machine workout options.

This Body-Solid Cable Cross Machine is for home use only and is not recommended for any school or commercial settings.
