The Body-Solid (#GHYP345) 45-Degree Hyperextension Bench features a 2"x3" steel mainframe with a durable powder coat finish that protects against sweat and corrosion. It offers two 3-inch thick DuraFirm™ pads using a split-pad design for added comfort during exercise.

This hyperextension uses a 45° angle to maximize resistance through the range of motion. It can be used for low back extensions, oblique exercises, and hamstring development. Plus, this unit can be used for low back decompression and hamstring stretches.

This lower back extension bench is ideal for home gyms or non-membership fitness facilities, such as apartment fitness rooms, training studios, physical therapy clinics, fire and police workout rooms, and more.
