The Body-Solid (#GFT100) Functional Training Machine offers a compact design that can be placed against a wall for maximum space efficiency. This functional cable machine features a 2"x3" 11-gauge steel mainframe protected with a durable black powder coat paint finish.
This Body-Solid Functional Strength Trainer comes standard with two 160 lb weight stacks. The weight stacks can be upgraded to 210 lbs or 310 lbs each. Each of the two cable columns has height adjustable pulleys. The height adjustable pulleys and swiveling capability allow for movement in various directions. The pulley adjustability and swiveling capability enable the users to create an incredible amount of exercise variations to help train muscles in the entire body.
This functional training cable machine features light commercial-grade construction. It can handle heavy home gym use or light commercial, non-membership-based settings averaging 4-6 hours per day, such as school weight rooms, apartment fitness rooms, hotel exercise rooms, personal training studios, and more.
