The commercial-rated upholstery resists moisture to help protect the thick underlying padding that helps promote comfort during grueling dumbbell and weight cage workouts.

This Body-Solid Pro Clubline Bench features an easy-to-use "Hook & Ladder" adjustment system that is stronger than traditional pop-pin adjustment systems found on other adjustable weight benches. This adjustment system gives the SFID425 an incredible 1,000 lb weight capacity. In addition, this workout bench is outfitted with transport wheels and a handle to allow for more effortless mobility when needed.
